Do we really need presbyters?

Question: "The Internet University sounds very interesting. And the same question: who is "we"?"
Here, "we" is everybody willing to work with Ucan University (University for Christians among Nations). This university should be Non-denominational (University root : Universal), Teacher and managers can come from any Christian groups, but ought to leave their own and personal (or group) point of view at the door. (Some teachers however cannot be accepted : Prosperity Gospel, Mormons, Toronto etc..)

Question : "Who is supporting the online program? I understand that the program can be free, but there are still certain costs involved, like securing the ISP. Do you have people who will support this?"
Worldwide-Christians.org support ISP costs. But we aim to get as few as possible expenses as we work in all modesty and humility not only for 'poor people' but for also for poor pastors under-educated, people from everywhere willing to learn about the Bible, Etc..
Cost for courses will be mainly free (some exceptions: books when needed, and graduations).
All workers, managers, teachers, computer helpers, etc.. will work for the Lord only and will receive salary from him in the time of His venue. Nobody receives salary at WWC.org, even the president. Mt 10,8;Rev 22,17; Mt 28,19; Is 49,4b.

Question: "I'm assuming it's not accredited. That's okay, because I believe you want people to get an education they can use to climb up out of poverty. But is there any kind of organizational structure that the university is a part of?"
Ucan provide modules of courses and graduations to pastors in some parts of the world from 2005.
WWC Graduations are not governmental accredited graduations, but acknowledge and accredited Theological graduation: e.g. doctorate or pastoral graduation.

Question: "I also assume the university is "Christian"; and if so, then what does that mean to you? Does it teach only Christian courses, or does it also teach things like math, science, business and philosophy?"

Ucan University, would only teach Biblical topics and connected subjects like: Archeology, Geography of ancient world, old History, Religions, and why not philosophy if we find such a teacher.

Question: "In order to arrange such a project, I believe you will need people like internet specialists, teachers from all the areas you want to teach, people who will promote and manage the program, etc etc. How many people have you enlisted so far?"
At this moment we have already a pretty good web-system. But sure if we find a specialist it will be thousand more better, but we just start all things as you understand. Courses will be only in English. We start nearly from underneath and will create all topics, courses, and ideas as well. I have enlisted some people for different functions, but for teacher it is more difficult as we look for 'enlarged mind'. If you know some people to add it should great.
